- The color Black:
It is perhaps the color that implies the highest contrast and conflicting feelings. It is the color of death and the end, but also of the elegance par excellence. It is a good color in the design, since it can be combined with almost all colors. Remember also that in the case of logo design, one of the maxims that must meet, is that it can be represented in black and white!
- The color White:
The first thing to remember, is that the target is not equal to nothing to empty. If something is white it has that color, it does not mean it is not full. It is the color of purity and elegance. Just as black is combinable with all colors and can give us order and calm.
- The Grey color:
Although it is a color that does not add character, it is often very used in our day to day, because being between black and white, seems less aggressive than the second and more complete than the first. Although normally used in a derogatory way, it is a good complement with the rest of colors, as it removes the weight that the black color would give.
- The Red color:
Red is strength, passion, conviction … The color that is present more often, the color of blood. Used with too much force or being too bright can convey aggressiveness, but it is the color that most catches the eye.
- The color orange:
It is the fashionable color par excellence and closely related to change. It is the color of the cheerful, it is neither red nor yellow, it is in the middle, almost staying with only the positive qualities of each one of them. It is the passage from one to another and therefore the change. Besides being the color that most catches the eye. In advertising, it is more a feeling than a color.
- The color Yellow:
Like black, we can say that it is a color of contrasts. It is the color of joy par excellence but also that of envy. It is a very ambiguous color. This can be marked because it is the least stable color of all there is. A pinch of any other color will make it dirty. It implies so many opposing feelings that it is very difficult to use in design.
- The color green:
As we said when speaking of green: it is much more than a color. Green is a feeling and a way of being. It is the color, which more varieties distinguishes the human being, since it is the color of nature. It is green hope, green tranquility. It is the color also used to accept, a step that takes us to the end. The most used color in buttons that validate.
- The color blue:
All the qualities of this color are positive: tranquility, peace, tranquility … It is the sea and the sky, it is infinite that gives faith. It does not raise passions but it does not produce hate either. It is a safe value in the design, as it does not arouse negative qualities. Although, everything could not be positive, it is a bad color to attract attention as it can go unnoticed.
- The color Violet:
It is not a color suitable for all, but when you assimilate it, it begins to be part of you;). It unites the opposing qualities by what is a singular color and united to the power and the luxury.
- The color Pink:
It is a color, which although unnoticed for much of the population, we can not say anything bad about it. It includes such a wide range of colors, that we can combine it with each other, including a great variety. Is the color of the sweet and the childlike, everything that arouses good feelings.
- Color Brown:
Although it is a color very little appreciated by the population, it represents one of the sensations that we like by nature: the warmth of the home. In the design it is mostly used for food brands related to that color, such as those that sell cocoa or coffee.
